Abstract | In order to move privileged students from denial and guilt about feminist issues to constructive anger, educators must first teach them how their own emotional response can cloud their perceptions about oppression. Several classroom techniques used for "re-educating emotions" are described and discussed as they are used to teach third-world feminist issues in several college courses. (MSE) |
