Abstract | Obtained three measures of cohesion and adaptability in three component dyads of relatively healthy families using a multitrait-multimethod approach. Subjects (N=140) were college freshmen and their parents. Found significant differences in convergent validities of mothers', fathers', and students' reports using confirmatory factor analysis.
