Abstract	This pedagogical study follows the socioethical development of teachers in response to an experiential ethics curriculum. Supported with integrated courses, master's students expressed views of ethical learning and leading in connection with relevant literature and current issues. Making decisions that benefit PK-12 students and acting equitably as ethically minded educational leaders were two thematic outcomes. The fields of curriculum and leadership can benefit from educators' investment in the best interests of children and youth. (As Provided).
