Abstract | This guide has been produced to help teachers of children with Special Educational Needs make the transition from primary to secondary education as simple as possible, through careful planning and effective liaison between both schools. The guide provides quick tips and additional strategies that require more planning on the following topics: (1) Primary schools level--prior to transfer; (2) Secondary schools level--prior to transfer; and (3) Secondary schools level--after transfer.
