Abstract	The Job Training Partnership Act is intended to establish programs to prepare youth and unskilled adults for entry into the labor force and to afford job training to those economically disadvantaged individuals who are in special need of such training to obtain productive employment. The act is organized into five titles. This document contains an amendment to the bill from the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives submitted to the whole House as the bill was on its way to enactment. The document also contains other views and minority reports on the substance of the bill, along with reasons for disagreement on specific sections of the bill. (KC)
