Abstract	This program consists of 25 modules and audiovisual materials incorporating information from engineering, soil science, agriculture, economics, and law. Contained in this instructor's manual are three modules to guide teachers and administrators who wish to utilize the program. Module one describes the preparations necessary for presenting the material in a workshop setting. Module two discusses the strategies which may be employed in conducting the workshop. The third module discusses the educational development theory underlying the program development and a number of variations in use that are possible. (CLS)
