Abstract | At the beginning of each school term, bulletin boards sport fresh ideas and desks glisten, but will students entering the classroom have their expectations met? Will they be engaged in the learning? How can teachers utilize resources and enlist others to provide an even stronger and more effective learning environment? In this article, the author presents tips for teachers on how to make their classrooms run like a well-oiled machine. First, well-thought-out practices, habits, and traits ensure effective classroom management. Second, the teaching-learning experience is enhanced through the integration of curricular planning and brain-compatible learning techniques. Third, by enlisting the help of others, the teacher can create a richer and more successful learning environment. (ERIC). |
