| Abstract | This article deals with a college instructor's opinion in the reform of higher education in Russia. The author discusses failures in the functioning of the system of higher education. First, the system fell into an "institutional trap," as characterized by Russian Academy of Sciences Academician V.M. Polterovich. Another was the new rules of planning in the system of higher education. Among other things, the author focuses on some social consequences of the reform of higher education. (ERIC). |
