Abstract | Students in a work orientation class made it plain they were more concerned with the state of the economy and its effect on job openings than on taking tests to ferret out their occupational interests. Topics researched and discussed as a result of this switch in class plans are offered for the benefit of other teachers and also as an indicator of student thinking. (Editor/JT) |
