Abstract | The analysis of a training device intended for professionals in the educational field gives prominence to the conditions which favour the operation consisting in putting into words actual work in a group meant to analyse practices. The paper underlines the most important epistemo-methodological issues in social and human sciences that are raised by the writing process (access to subjective experience, limits to formalisation). It shows too the way a capacity for analysis of work situations gets constituted. The capacity for analysis is conditional to the access to the work via its margins, to the part played by the understanding of the work of others, to the context being brought to light. The works also identify the effects that writing on the activity has on the evolution of the skills of professionals within a workgroup meant to analyse work situations. (DIPF/orig.). |
