Abstract | "The objective if this edited volume is to address new developments in the field of language education affected by evolving learning environments and shift from traditional teaching and assessment practices to the digital-age teaching, learning and assessment. It is important to examine both top-down and bottom-up views regarding language teaching, learning and assessment in relation to critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity and culture.
