The survey method was adopted for the study. Two research instruments were used for the study, they are the instrument on bullying and the instrument on reasons for drop out from school. A sample of two hundred students were used for the study. These students were students who dropped out of school and re-enrolled in some institutes of Continuing Education in Delta State. 100 males and 100 females were used for the study.
