Abstract | Describes a collaborative approach to training inservice teachers in Cyprus about heterogeneous student grouping, suggesting that faculty development should promote collaborative models of inquiry that emphasize action research which encourages them to scrutinize their own practice in collaboration with an outsider. This model provided effective faculty development and had an immediate, direct impact on practice. (SM) |
