Abstract | This study examines personality characteristics of Native Indian students in a teacher preparation program to compare those who finished to those who withdrew. Four psychological factors differentiated the two groups, the same factors which differentiate traditional college student populations. The study demonstrates the importance of using local norms to interpret behavior. (VM) |
