Abstract | Action-oriented introspection by university faculties and administrators could lead to new configurations which build public confidence in, and support for, higher education. Changes in faculty, curriculum and decision systems could be directed toward satisfaction of constituent and client needs without sacrificing institutional or discipline-based standards.
