Abstract	Today's students are motivated to understand the world around them, and in so doing, they question things that their professors take for granted. Students are naturally drawn to question the world around them, and as they do so, they are developing frameworks to better organize their questions and the answers. The author understands that students are already critical thinkers and that the professor's job is to help them become "more organized" critical thinkers. When economics succeeds at being realistic, useful, and inclusive, it helps students build the critical thinking skills that they need to make good choices. In this article, the author presents the importance of critical thinking skills in economics. (ERIC).
