Abstract | People with disabilities, especially those with severe disabilities, have high rates of unemployment and underemployment. Many of these individuals would like to work but employers remain hesitant to hire them, even when they are capable of and qualified for the job. The purpose of this article is to sensitize society on the importance of not discriminating against people with disabilities in the hiring process. (As Provided). |
