Abstract | Integrated Education and Training (IET) is a promising career pathways approach. It helps educationally underprepared adults pair foundational skill building with workforce preparation and training in in-demand occupations. Through IET programs, adults obtain goal-oriented, relevant, practical knowledge that leads to economic success. This report features a summary of a national IET survey that strongly demonstrates these benefits. (As Provided). |
