| Abstract | In this report, Roslyn Kunin and Associates, Inc. has used both primary and secondary sources to collect information on the quantitative and qualitative impact of international students in public educational institutions on the British Columbia economy. This study finds that international students studying in British Columbia bring substantial economic impacts to the provincial economy. Their overall contribution amounts to $485 million in provincial GDP, 9,100 jobs, and $67 million in government revenue. Appended to this report are: (1) Questionnaire for Officials; (2) Questionnaire for International Students; (3) International Students Enrollment in Public Post-Secondary Institutes; and (4) Living Expense Estimates.
