Boggs, and five chapters as follows: (1) Northern California Community Colleges in an Era of Dissent (Paul A. Elsner); (2) Lessons in Leadership When Tradition and Change Collide (Martha G. Romero); (3) Knowing and Influencing the College Culture (Beverly S. Simone); (4) Compassionate Leadership Transcending Prejudice (Zelema Harris); and (5) Addressing Challenges to Civility on Campus (Paul A. Elsner).
