| Abstract | This statistical report is designed to provide citizens who impact public education, including Idaho elected officials, professional educators and the general public, with information upon which decisions about educational policy may be based. The report is based on personnel information submitted by each school district in the fall of 2003. Salary information for both certified and non-certified staff was supplied for the 2003-2004 school year. Statistics are reported for school district groups according to size of student membership. District membership is defined as the total student enrollment less the total student withdrawal as of the first Friday of November. The five membership groups are: (1) Districts with 5,000 or more students; (2) districts with 2,500-4,999 students; (3) districts with 1,000-2,499 students; (4) districts with 500-999 students; and (5) districts with 1-499 students.
