Abstract	This manual is a compilation of the bilingual (i.e., English and Spanish) programs sections for the 2001 and 2002 Texas Reading Club manuals. The sections have been combined and organized into chapters according to the age level of their audiences--toddlers, preschoolers, families, elementary school-age children, and young adults. Included are suggestions for books to share, bulletin boards, decorations, activities, creative drama, storytelling, crafts, fingerplays, rhymes, songs, games, flannel boards, puppet shows, musical recordings, Web sites, and professional resources. Flannel board patterns, templates for a map and flags craft, and an annotated bibliography of 147 books, 16 audio recordings, 4 videos, and 1 CD-ROM are included. (MES)
