AbstractThis report provides a comprehensive summary of the place of class attendance for students of Nova Southeastern University. Nova Southeastern University's main campus is located in Davie, Florida, and there are additional campus facilities at other locations in two Florida counties, as well as a variety of distance education modalities that offer instruction in Florida, 22 other states, and 9 foreign countries. The report offers breakout statistics for all clusters and sites in Florida and collapsed enrollment statistics for other states and foreign countries. In addition, comparisons are made with enrollment figures for the 1995 calendar year. In terms of class attendance, South Florida was the geographic area where the University had the greatest increase in enrollment, and most of this gain was in Broward County. The Health Professions Division had the largest absolute gain and the largest percentage gain in Broward County during this time period, with the Broward County enrollment in this division increasing by 58% between 1995 and 1999. There was also a large increase in the enrollment of the University's Graduate School of Education. Awareness of these trends can aid the University in planning for future students and the development of programs. (SLD)
