Chapter 4, "Fieldwork and Students with Disabilities," discusses laws governing the education of students with disabilities, the process for determining acceptability of interns, and responsibility for accommodations. The next chapter, "Employment," addresses nondiscrimination, pre-employment inquiries, recruitment, interviewing, workers' compensation, and tax credit programs.
