Abstract	The Teachers Network created The Teachers Voice Initiative to bring teachers together and empower them to create their vision of the future of education. This book presents the perspectives of participating teachers, who report on their experiences as agents of change and designers of curriculum. Learning Will Never Be the Same" (Nancy Powell); "Weekend Writer's Briefcase" (Lynn Cherkasky-Davis); "How Teachers Are Forming Teams To Create Change" (Alfred T. Ludwig); "Is Anybody Listening?" (Priscilla Franks and Mary McGirr); "BEST [Building an Educational Support Team] Reform" (Patricia McHugh); "Envisioning the Future...A Process for Change" (Carol M.
