Abstract | The booklet is divided into two parts: theory and method. Theory includes: (1) About corresponding rules for project work and process writing; (2) Introduction to process writing; (3) How to organize the teaching in primary and lower secondary school with only a few computers; (4) What about children who are not familiar with the keyboard?; (5) Training using word processors in the classroom for beginners; (6) Pupils' motivation on writing and attitudes to literacy; (7) How to give pupils writing pleasure, and how to get help of the computer in orthography; (8) How to use a word processor when you want to change the writing style; (9) Writing as help to learn better in all subjects and writing in schools for publishing; (10) The value of using computers for pupils with special needs; and (11) Drama work and the writing process. Method includes: (12) Using word processors in free writing--stream of consciousness; (13) Training paragraphs; (14) Building sentences; (15) Training using synonyms; (16) Changing the writing style of a written text; (17) The class making their own newspaper; (18) Writing to learn; (19) Writing poems on computers; (20) Re-writing--the pupils are writing a story together on the screen, one after the other; and (21) How to organize a project with history, social studies and literacy when you want to use process writing and word processing.
