| Abstract | The summary reports on international rehabilitation efforts undertaken during 1979. Projects are briefly described for four regional areas: Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and North America, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Project descriptions include the names(s) of the sponsoring organizations. The remainder of the report lists bilateral government programs; congresses, seminars, training courses, and meetings; publications, studies, and films; and such other information as national and regional efforts for the International Year of the Child (1979) and proposals for the International Year of Disabled Persons (1981). Among appendixes are names and addresses of governmental agencies mentioned in the report. (CL) |
