Abstract	This book is intended to guide the nonformal educator in organizing and implementing workshops, conferences, demonstrations, and other short-duration educational activities at the community level. The book is divided into three sections: (1) an events sampler, which presents 15 case studies of successful solar and energy conservation activities; (2) an organizing primer, which delineates the essentials of organizing community solar programs; and (3) an annotated guide to selected films, slides, and printed material covering 11 energy topic areas.
