Abstract | The Corpsmember Training Institute (CMTI) is a three-week living and learning experience for all new Teacher Corps Interns and Team Leaders. The first CMTI planning process is documented in this report. The first chapter serves as an overview of the planning process. It provides a brief description of the sequence of planning events, and discusses the concerns and issues which were at the heart of the CMTI planning effort. The second chapter describes the initial steps in planning the CMTI. Chapters Three and Four, respectively, describe the intermediate and the final planning stages. Chapter Five reports on the final Institute Review and Advisory Panel meeting, and Chapter Six provides a conclusion and recommendations for the planning of future institutes. (Author/JD) |
