Abstract	A research memorandum presents the results of an on-going study into the implications of a moral science. Adopting a moral stance in scientific investigation would entail the abandonment of analytic modes of inquiry for more holistic, open-ended ones. The basic premise of a moral science is that it is possible for men to reach agreement on what is healthy psychologically, just as agreement has been achieved on what makes for a nutritious diet. A second section of the report discusses the nature of scientific revolutions. Many social thinkers are quoted to explain what happens when one, all-inclusive paradigm for explaining natural reality is given up for another, less complete one which in the end provides more comprehensive and satifactory explanations. Evidence for an impending change of paradigm is put forth, using the background of research into extrasensory perception and communication. (RB)
