Reports written in English concern the present state of advanced studies in the Soviet Union; an Austrian bill on pilot projects for school reform; a development plan for post-secondary education in Denmark; the debate on the reform of university administration in Finland; a bill on post-graduate scholarships and an account of difficulties in long-term educational planning in Germany; the debate on Irish community schools; Dutch planning for post-secondary education; a Scandinavian treaty for educational, scientific, and cultural cooperation; Swedish educational research and development; and British educational policy and educational technology organization. Articles in French concern continuing education; Belgian laws on scholarly reform and university administration; apprenticeship, correspondence study; private study and the formation of specialist groups in France; an Italian five-year plan for teaching reform; and cooperation between the Swiss Federal and Canton governments in education.
