Abstract	Martina Ukowitz skizziert Partizipation als wissenschaftliches und politisches Konzept und führt in die Vieldimensionalität des Begriffes es ein. Partizipation wird im Kontext von Forschung mit der Frage nach der Gestaltung des Verhältnisses zwischen Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft verbunden und kritisch reflektiert. Partizipation erscheint sowohl als forschungsethisches Grundprinzip als auch als Instrument, um Vermittlungsprozesse zwischen Praxisakteurinnen, Wissensbeständen und Systemlogiken zustande zu bringen und reflektierte, sozial robuste Entscheidungen zu treffen. Im Kontext Lehre wird Partizipation als Arbeitsprinzip skizziert, das Lernende aktiv in die Planung und Umsetzung von Lernarrangements und Bildungsprozessen einbezieht. Bildung wird als demokratisiert, Lernen als ein gemeinsamer, wechselseitiger Prozess entworfen. (Herausgeber). In the context of research, participation is linked to the question of how the relationship between science and society is shaped and critically reflected upon. Participation appears both as a basic principle of research ethics and as an instrument to bring about mediation processes between practical actors, knowledge bases and system logics and to make reflected, socially robust decisions. In the context of teaching, participation is outlined as a working principle that actively involves learners in the planning and implementation of learning arrangements and educational processes.
