Abstract | Professionelles Handeln im Anwendungs- und Bildungsbereich Bewegung in der frühen Kindheit erfordert bewegungsspezifisches Wissen, Fertigkeiten, Sozial- und Selbstkompetenzen frühpädagogischer Fachkräfte. (Autor). Professional action in the field of movement in early childhood education requires specific knowledge, (practical and social) skills and self-competences. The qualification profile "Movement in early childhood education" describes appropriate competences of professional educators related to different pedagogical fields of action (work with children, parents, other partners etc.). It offers an orientation for organizations, educational counselors / consultants and heads of kindergartens but also for teachers and lecturers at university and facilities of further education to evaluate, plan and redesign their offer.
