AbstractThe relevance of including managerial competences in the training programme for masters in physical education for effective support of sports activity is proved in the present paper. This is due to the need to develop their abilities relating to the self-development of complex programs with elements of education in the field of physical culture. These competences are analyzed. In particular, a graduate of the Master's course in "Physical Education" should know the theoretical basics of management of physical culture education, be able to provide the development of educational programs involving people in physical culture sports activities, know how to organize users (clients) to implement the educational program they have chosen, motivating them to master the program and control their performance. Masters' duties in the framework of the implementation of respective competences in the future work, involving organization of the interaction with partners, encouraging them to cooperate, control and self-control of performance of their duties, are characterized. The importance for Master's students to study management of physical culture education is justified. It should include in its content aspects related to both achievement of success in performed motor activity and prevention of negative trends in the changes in physical and mental health of their students. It is also important to show the social experience on psychology of relationships of people involved in physical culture and sports activity and on management of relevant social phenomena. Furthermore, much attention should be paid to studying of the ways to combine the organization of motor activity of students with teaching specific elements and their combinations. To do this, the content of the master's educational program must include procedural activity aspects aimed at training of students to plan integrated education programs. Verf.-Referat.
