| Abstract | The conducted in some universities social researches show that the absolute majority of freshmen of full-time education had the purpose of further perfection and mastering of trainer's specialty while entering university of physical culture. In the next few years most of the students generally change their first orientation to other types of activity including the ones not associated with physical culture and sport and not requiring higher education. It is assumed necessary to change the approach to doing different, so called in general pedagogical practices. Practice at comprehensive school involves only the small fragment of school curriculum studied by schoolchildren in the set terms of practice. Sports schools practical experts do not let students to work with wither groups of initial training and educational-training ones or with groups of sportsmanship and high sports mastership, as stipulated in the state educational standards. It happens due to the fact that in most cases they are not let to athletes of such a qualification. Another essential factor influencing the quality of expert training is a decreased level of sport and overall cultural preparedness of our modern entrants due to some reasons. The first reason consists in deterioration of state of health of children born in the 90 s. The second one may be by implication but associated with change of motivation while selecting and further occupations of some sport. Verf.-Referat. |
