Abstract	Basically workshops are held to enable their participants to develop reforms and visions of their own living surroundings in order to overcome possible limitations and restrictions and thus become conscious and responsible creators of their own world. In such motion workshops, participants inquire how our surroundings can also be considered as surroundings including motion and movement, how the existing spaces in sports can be extended or changed and how physical activity can be offered and made attractive to all social classes. The following article focuses on the work exercised with children and young adults in a motion workshop. In the first chapter it is critically analysed how our world - dominated by technology - leads to restrictions concerning movement and physical activity. In the following historical examples of motion workshops are introduced. Furthermore, the example of a motion workshop held with children is used to illustrate its educational objectives. Finally, three different ways of how such a motion workshop in physical education classes or in interdisciplinary teaching units can be staged are explained. Verf.-Referat. A idea básica do trabalho em oficinas consiste no fato de os participantes desenvolverem, na teoria e na prática, reformas e visões sobre seu mundo de vida para superar possíveis limitações e restrições e, com isso, tornar-se configuradores conscientes e auto-responsáveis para seu mundo de vida. Nas oficinas de movimento, os participantes tratam, p.ex., as questões, como nossos mundos de vida podem ser também configurados como mundos de vida sensatos para movimentar-se, como as áreas e lugares do esporte existentes, podem ser modificados em áreas de movimentarse, e como pode ser configurada uma oferta cultural de movimento, de maneira que seja atrativa para todos os grupos da população. O seguinte artigo enfoca o trabalho em oficinas de movimento com crianças e jovens. No primeiro capítulo são analisadas criticamente as consequências da limitação de movimento do mundo de vida tecnológico. Depois são apresentados exemplos históricos do trabalho nas oficinas de movimento. Baseado no exemplo de uma oficina de movimento com crianças são esclarecidos os respectivos objetivos pedagógicos. Por fim são descritos três caminhos de como pode ser encenada uma oficina de movimento nas aulas de Educação Física ou nas aulas integradas na escola. Verf.-Referat.
