| Abstract | The Compendium contains brief, practical descriptions of the objectives, activities, expected results and kinds of partners of each transnational project selected in the respective period. Every description has been constructed according to the same pattern. They follow a common format: 1) to describe the various types of partnership and the type of partners involved; 2) to detail the questions and the needs to which each project will address itself, and the target groups they have in mind; 3) to give a precise description of the nature and content of the products to be created; 4) to indicate the benefit which will result from these projects.
