Abstract	RBO (Regionaal Bureau Onderwijs Noord- en Midden-Limburg) 1 October 1996 saw the launch of a new project by the Rhine-Meuse-North Euroregion: "Euroregionalisation of vocational qualifications and adult education". The project was submitted by RBO (Regionaal Bureau Onderwijs Noorden Midden-Limburg) and will be executed in collaboration with its German partner, Amt 40, of the City of Krefeld. The project will run for two years. The aim of the project is to encourage labour mobility in the Euroregion by developing and executing projects in vocational and adult education focusing on training and the labour market.
