Abstract | Notes there are many worthwhile educational programs serving a cross-section of students featuring elements of both public and private sectors. Maintains that although Education Alternatives Inc. has largely failed, Rhode Island's Urban Collaborative Accelerated is an exemplary blending of private/public enterprises. (MLH) |
