Abstract | Investigates the ways in which microcomputers were being used by teachers and students in grades 4-6 of a semi-rural elementary school near a major metropolitan area. Concludes that computers were only minimally used, and then without apparent focus or educational rationale. Citing teacher frustration and other causes, the authors make recommendations for the improvement of educational computer usage. (GEA) |
