Abstract | Evaluated the role of behavioral supervision in the Job Club program by comparing supervision of actual job search behaviors with an information-discussion-role playing variation. Results indicated supervised-search clients more frequently obtained employment, had greater labor utilization, averaged more hours of employment per week, and were paid at a higher rate.
