Abstract	The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational ethical climate and their accountability tendencies. The research was carried out with 405 teachers working in the province of Istanbul. Organizational Ethics Climate Scale and Teacher Accountability Tendency Scale were used as data collection tools in the research designed in relational survey model. As a result of the research, it was found that teachers' ethical climate perceptions and accountability tendencies regarding their schools were high. In addition, it has been determined that there is a statistically positive, moderate, and significant relationship between teachers' ethical climate perceptions and accountability tendencies. Based on the findings of this study, it can be suggested that ethical and accountable behaviors should be considered in order to create a productive working environment at school. (As Provided).
