Abstract | Internationalization activities of academic institutions are forms of Education Diplomacy, advancing the intrinsic role of education for peace and security, development, and human rights. When universities recognize their role as key stakeholders in solving global challenges, strong partnerships with international organizations such as the United Nations can catalyze innovations internally, through academic programs and curriculum, and externally, through collaborative international research programs and knowledge exchange.
