Abstract | Bullying and a hostile school culture interfere with students' academic performance. This article will examine how factors such as high-stakes testing and bullying victimization may affect the health and well-being of youth in schools. Next, the article will provide an overview of the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model, and how this model can assist schools in reducing bullying by improving school climate. Practical strategies for bullying prevention in schools will be discussed. (As Provided). |
