Abstract	The sources annotated in this bibliography contain ideas that the school administrator can use to enable organizational change to happen more surely, with less frustration. Most of the entries deal with processes or structures in schools or their environments. Many describe projects of organizational change. Some sources concerning other kinds of organizations (business, industry, government) contain ideas that are easy to translate to the school setting. Of the main entries, 296 deal with schools, 125 with other organizations, and 22 with both. Some of the other topics covered include citizen participation, school and classroom environment, decision making, leadership, communication and linking among schools, and organizational theory. A topical index is included. (Author)
