Abstract | This paper describes the migration patterns and post-graduation activities of University of Virginia resident students as compared with nonresident students. Of the 1,439 students awarded a bachelor's degree in June and August 1972, 948 completed and returned a questionnaire mailed to them about 6 months after graduation. The questionnaire requested selected information concerning current place of residence, post-graduation activities, and other basic data. Results are categorized according to migration patterns, and post-graduation activities. Data are further subdivided into various schools and departments including: school of architecture, college of arts and sciences, school of commerce, school of education, school of engineering and applied science, and school of nursing.
