Abstract | Vocational agriculture graduates of Iowa State University 1980-89 (n=294) were surveyed at graduation and one year and five years later. No differences in academic ability, grade point average (GPA) at admission or graduation, high school rank, or admission test scores were found for those teaching after five years. Those teaching after one year had significantly higher GPAs at admission. (SK) |
