Abstract | This document contains the first volume of the proceedings of the 28th Annual Conference of the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education. Conference presentations are centered around the theme "Inclusion and Diversity". In total, 147 presentations centered around the vision of mathematics for all. This volume features eight plenary and five research forum papers, and papers from four groups of discussions groups, working sessions, and short orals and poster presentations.
