Abstract | This article aims at showing, from chief supervisors practices' analysis, that school leadership may vary according to different actors' action logics. With this objective our research uses the results of a two- stage survey: the quantitative enquiry presents the various actions of supervisors; the qualitative enquiry tries to enlight transformation of behaviours among actors. It appears that the school is still managed according to a traditional model in which staff collaboration is poor. Some improvements seem to be possible at the level of senior high school leadership: for this reason, we propose variables which may have an impact on school managment. (DIPF/orig.) |
