Abstract	One of the requirements of the twenty-first century is raising a child who is an explorer and who can solve problems rather than being able to memorize facts. One of the indispensible foundations of exploring and problem-solving is having scientific process skills and being able to use them effectively. In order to raise little scientists with a researcher soul and research skills, teachers should be qualified as well. They should know "how" to give their students "what" about scientific process skills. It is aimed in this study first to check content knowledge of teacher candidates on scientific process skills and then to analyze their pedagogical content knowledge on the subject. 31 female and 2 male, total 33 teacher candidates in Dumlupinar University Pre-School Teaching Department participated in the study. In the study, in which qualitative research methods are used, 4th grade teacher candidates participated in. Research findings and suggestions for further research are discussed at the end.
